Coronavirus Covid-19 Outbreak

As we all know, the novel coronavirus has been spreading across the globe and is still going strong. Due to this pandemic, Gadget Genie has limited retail operations to ensure safety for our customers and our team.

Here are a couple of things we are doing to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and team:

  • Pick up and drop off only. We have blocked off the retail space in our shop and have been transacting through our mail slot. We will allow customers to enter the retail space on a case-by-case basis.
  • Sanitization of all devices. We will thoroughly sanitize your device on check-in and check-out.

In the meantime, our team is still going strong to provide repairs on a timely basis. In a few cases, customers may experience an unusual delay in our response or repair times, but we will try our best to get back to all of you ASAP and complete all repairs in a timely manner.

Most importantly, please try to maintain the highest possible safety precautions for your own safety and well-being. Keep social distance, keep your family safe and home quarantined, and work from home if possible. Don’t give in to panic buying groceries or medical supplies, and abide by the guidelines WHO and your local authority prescribe.

Let’s fight this global crisis, not with fear; but with cooperation, caution, and our collective efforts.
