Whether you are a local customer or mailing your device in, our repair process is hassle-free for all! Simply let us know the issue, then drop by the store or ship us your device. We’ll diagnose, provide the best solution and price for your repair, and get it back to you with exceptional turnaround time.

Let us know the problem
To get started, let us know the issue via the Get a Quote form, or give us a call at (253) 336-4043. We accept walk-in customers as well, so if you’re in the area, feel free to bring your device on by. Diagnosis is free!
Send us the device
If you live too far away or unable to stop by the shop, fill out our “Mail In Form” and ship via your preferred shipping method. We recommend securely packaging your device to prevent further damage. Otherwise, you can just drop your device off at the shop and a technician will be waiting to get you checked in.
Technician inspection
Our technicians will investigate any issues from the initial inquiry and report back to you any additional issues we discover during the diagnosis process. We will not proceed unless you are absolutely satisfied with both our price and solution.
Repair process
There is no repair our technicians are unequipped to handle. Once a proper diagnosis has been achieved, we’ll quickly and professionally have the issue resolved for you. Should any new issues arise during the repair process, you will be notified immediately and we will wait for approval before proceeding.
Confirm and pay
We will contact you once the repair has been completed and ready for pick up or to ship back to your desired address. For walk-in customers, you can pay with cash, credit, or debit in store! For online customers, we accept PayPal.
You receive the device
If you are still experiencing issues with your device after receiving it back, then contact us ASAP! Our repairs are covered under a lifetime warranty, so we’ll do our best to rectify the problem. Feedback is always appreciated, so feel free to leave us a review to let us know how we’re doing or can improve.
