How do I pay?

For walk-in customers, we accept cash, credit, or debit.

For mail-in customers, you can log into the customer portal or pay via PayPal.

What is the turnaround time?

For walk-in customers, the average turnaround time is less than one hour and can often be completed while you wait. Factors that may increase turnaround time are more complex repairs, needing to order a part, or busier days where there are other customer repairs waiting in queue.

For mail-in customers, the average turnaround time for the repair itself is the same as walk-in customers, but you must include the time to both ship and receive the device.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all successful repairs! You will pay for the initial shipping cost which we will then deduct from the cost of the repair once it is completed.

We do not cover the cost of overnight or expedited shipping.

How can I get my service rushed?

For all rush order repairs we charge a $95 non-refundable fee, not including the cost of overnight or expedited shipping.

How do I send in my device for repair?

Click “Mail In Form”, which is accessible from any page on our site. Once you’ve printed the form, you will then need to fill it out to the best of your ability and include with your device when packaging it to ship.

We recommend including bubble wrap or other types of packaging materials to keep your device from becoming more damaged during transit.

How does the “No Fix, No Fee” policy work?

Simply put, if we cannot fix your device then you do not pay for the unsuccessful repair.

For mail-in customers, you are just responsible for the cost of shipping.

For rush order customers, the $95 fee is non-refundable.

What if there is another issue with the device?

A complete diagnosis is performed for every device we receive. We will communicate our findings with you and figure out the best way to proceed to get your device working optimally again. If you do not want us to proceed with extra repairs, then we will not, but keep in mind that the original repair may not be 100% effective if other issues are present.

How does your data recovery service work?

Data recovery success rate and the method used depend on the severity and extent of damage to your device.

What other repairs do you do?

We offer full-service repairs for devices of all makes and models. This may include but not limited to smartphones, tablets, desktops, laptops, and various other electronics.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

We provide a lifetime warranty for every screen replacement. Other repairs may be a case-by-case basis depending on the required repair and extent of the damage.

Do you offer business-to-business wholesale discounts?

Yes, a B2B pricing sheet is available for repair shops interested in partnering up with us to provide the best service to the largest available customer base.

I’m nervous about sending my device to you. How do I know that you won’t just part it out?

Will I lose my data?

Not if we can help it! While we may not be able to recover 100% of your data, the sooner you bring your device to us, the faster we’ll be able to determine the extent of the damage and data recovery method required to retrieve as much of your information as possible.
