This website is operated by Gadget Genie, any reference to “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to Gadget Genie. Gadget Genie allows use of this website for information, including products, tools, services, repair shops, and blogs to you. By requesting our services or purchasing our products, you are bound by all terms & conditions that are currently standing. All those who are currently using our service will be updated to any changes of our terms and conditions. The terms & conditions present here apply to all site users, including users, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.
You recognize that Gadget Genie is an independent, third party repair company not affiliated with the original manufacturer of your device. Repairs done through Gadget Genie may void the current warranty with the manufacturer and will make the device no longer eligible for repair with said manufacturer. Gadget Genie is not responsible for any voided warranties after having our service provided.Gadget Genie offers a lifetime warranty on all repairs services except data recovery, water damage recovery, and physical damage repairs. All repairs serviced through Gadget Genie will be given a lifetime warranty for the repair provided. Any damages received after the device is shipped from Gadget Genie will not be under warranty and will not be serviced unless you wish to proceed with the repair after being contacted.
If a software repair is done with Gadget Genie, the warranty is voided if the software is updated to a different OS.
Repair of this device, as specified, is your required repair to make your device fully functional. Gadget Genie is not liable for any damages from us having the device, including but not limited to, data loss, revenue loss, downtime, property damage, or any personal damage. When the device is sent to us, you accept all responsibility for your personal affairs that will be changed from your device being shipped to us. Gadget Genie is not liable for any damages whatsoever that arise from us repairing the device.
Gadget Genie will send your device as soon as possible after testing and ensuring your repair is complete. We will update you with any information regarding the time you will receive the item, but there is no guarantee it will arrive at the specified time. We are not responsible for any damage that comes from shipping the device back to the owner.
Gadget Genie requires payment after the repair has been completed and before shipping the device back to the owner. You alone are responsible for paying for the repair and payment will be required within 14 days of the repair. If the payment is not made within the 14-day period, your device will become forfeit and become property of Gadget Genie.
Any device that is received by Gadget Genie will be evaluated before the repair to make sure your device is completely functional. Unless your device is sent in for water damage recovery, we will contact you regarding the indication of water damage. Repairs done on a device with water damage will not be given warranty.
Any items received by Gadget Genie that are marked lost or stolen will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
No Fix, No Fee Policy
All devices sent in for repair will be processed as though they want to be fixed. After the evaluation, we will quote you a price to repair, if you chose not to proceed with the repair, we will ship the item back to you at no cost.
Refunds & Returns
Gadget Genie does not issue refunds for any repairs serviced at our repair location, but all repairs that are done within Gadget Genie have lifetime protection warranty against defects. Any products that are purchased through Gadget Genie can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days with proof of purchase. Product(s) must be in unused, unopened and resalable condition.We recommend contacting us directly for assistance if you experience any issues with any of our repairs or products.Please note: This policy covers all non-defective return requests made on purchases from GadgetGenie.com. Defective products are covered under a separate ‘Warranty Policy’.
