To get started, let us know the issue via our Get a Quote form or give us a call at (253) 336-4043. We accept walk-in customers as well, so if you’re in the area feel free to bring your drone on by. Diagnosis is free!
Mail us your drone
If you live too far away or unable to stop by the shop, fill out our Mail In Form and ship via your preferred shipping method. We recommend securely packaging your drone to prevent further damage. Otherwise, you can just drop your drone off at the shop and a technician will be waiting to get you checked in.
Confirm your quote
Our technicians will investigate any issues from the initial inquiry and report back to you any additional issues we discover during the diagnosis process. We will not proceed unless you are absolutely satisfied with both our price and solution for your drone repair.
We fix your drone
There is no drone repair our technicians are unequipped to handle. Once a proper diagnosis has been achieved, we’ll quickly and professionally have the issue resolved for you. Should any new issues arise during the drone repair process, you will be notified immediately and we will wait for approval before proceeding.
You receive your repaired drone
We will contact you once the drone repair is completed and ready to pick up or ship back to your desired address. For walk-in customers, you can pay with cash, credit, or debit in store! For online customers, we accept PayPal. Our drone repairs are covered under a lifetime warranty, so if you are still experiencing issues with your drone after receiving it back, then contact us ASAP!
